WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Project manager with a passion for luxury villas and high-end interiors!

At ERIC KANT contemporary design, we are looking for an experienced and motivated project manager to strengthen our team. We are a leading company in luxury villa construction and the high-end interior industry, and we are looking for someone who is as passionate about this sector as we are!

As a project manager, you are the pivot between our clients, our design team, and our executive team. You are responsible for the entire project, from the initial design to the final delivery. This means you must be a highly organized and goal-oriented person, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines. Excellent communication skills are crucial because you play a leadership role and act as the primary contact person for our clients.

We are looking for someone with:

• A bachelor's degree in architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in luxury villa construction and high-end interior industry.
• Extensive experience with CAD software (Vectorworks and BIM are a plus).
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
• A passion for design and a thorough understanding of the latest developments in luxury villas and high-end interiors.
