MANSION ON THE WATERFRONT

A new dreamhouse without having to move. Where the house had a classic layout before the renovation, it is now a spacious mansion. For example, the wall between the kitchen and the dining room disappeared, completely changing the routing and floor plan on the ground floor. This gives you more interaction with each other from the different rooms.

The stairwell was also given a metamorphosis by executing the walls in decorative stucco, staining the stairs in a dark color, and hanging a beautiful chandelier in the void that connects the various floors.

ERIC KANT contemporary design made the design of the entire house renovation and did the project management. A special project with a beautiful result.
